After a great day of 7's rugby in Borås at the Swedish 7's Rugby Series we are now back in Göteborg to prepare for tomorrows finals.

The first game was a win against Enköpings Rugbyklubb, 21-14 to the boys.

The second game was a close loss, 19-24, against Wexiö where our own mistakes made a difference.

The third game didn't really matter but the boys ran over Borås with a staggering 72-0 victory!

It all went down to the last game between Enköping and Wexiö. The result there would set the table after day one and decide which team would enter the Semifinals on Sunday.

After a comfortable Enköping win it all went down to counting points between Göteborg RF, Enköping RK and Wexiö RK when all three teams ended up with 2 wins and 1 loss. The rules state that you dont count the points in the game versus the fourth team and Göteborg ended up in second place even though We had the best points difference.

Tommorow We are playing in the Semi finals against Södertälje Rugbyklubb, who won their pool very easily. Kick off is at 10:50 in Borås, Ryavallen. Please come and cheer on our boys.

I would like to thank our team for the rugby they played today. A big thanks to Neil Johnson for the work he has done

with the 7's team. Jonas Henemalm for taking care of the facilities. Håkan Helgesson for his tape and physio skills. And a big Thanks to everyone else around the 7's team (water boys and supporters).

To summarise the day I would like to quote Neil Johnson: "7's gives everybody the emotional ride of a lifetime in a very short time."
